Welcome to SFQCC!
We are so thrilled to welcome your family to SFQCC. In order for our administration to ensure registration of your child's enrollment runs smoothly, we ask that you click the PDF linked image(s) that pertain to your child's enrollment, complete digitally or in print and return the paperwork before your child attends on their first day. Paperwork can be returned through email SFQCC@outlook.com or dropped off at the front office.
In addition to completing the enrollment packet and necessary paperwork prior to the first day of attendance, we ask that the registration fee of $25, keycard fee of $5/card, and first week of tuition are paid by the end of the first week of enrollment.
